This document outlines the standards for verifying space information provided by hosts during onboarding.

Key Requirements
  • Clarity of Usability: All information must clearly convey the space's intended purpose based on its type.
  • Category Selection: Hosts can select up to two categories. If the combination causes user confusion, the listing may be marked as "Pending" for revision.

Review Standards by Space Type

1) Meeting Room

PurposeBusiness meetings, presentations, lectures, and seminars
Essential FacilitiesMeeting tables and chairs, bright lighting, large monitor or projector, power strips, and high-speed internet
Review Point
The space must be identifiable as a professional business environment through images and descriptions.

2) Hall

PurposeConferences, pop-up stores, performances, weddings, and showrooms
Essential InfoMaximum capacity must be clearly stated for safety and planning.
Essential FacilitiesStage, sound systems (mics, speakers), event lighting, and auxiliary rooms

3) Hot Desk

PurposeIndependent offices or flexible/designated seating for professional work
Booking UnitAvailable for hourly booking (min. 2 hours) or daily passes
Essential FacilitiesDesks/chairs for multiple users, office equipment (copiers, Wi-Fi), lounge, security, and climate control

4) Party Room

PurposeBirthday parties, bridal showers, and private social gatherings
Kitchen DetailsIf provided, list specific appliances (fridges, ovens, microwaves) and utensil quantities
Rules
Usage scope and cleaning policies must be clearly outlined in the host rules.

5) Photo & Film Studio

PurposeProfessional photography and videography
Type Specifics
  • Horizon: Seamless background, professional lighting, dressing rooms
  • Home-concept: Living room, kitchen, bedroom, etc.
  • Broadcast: 5G/Ethernet, switchers, capture boards, audio gear

Must explicitly state that commercial filming is permitted.

6) Dance Studio

PurposeChoreography practice, rehearsals, and dance instruction
Essential FacilitiesSpecialized flooring (sprung wood/Marley), full-length mirrors, sound system

Footwear regulations and noise level limits must be specified.

7) Fitness

PurposePhysical exercise, yoga, pilates, and personal training
