SpaceCloud does not charge any listing fees— you can list your space at no cost, anytime. A 7% (Excluding VAT) is only charged when a booking is successfully completed.

Our concierge team quickly identifies the needs of customers looking for a space and connects them with hosts who have entrusted their spaces to us.

How It Works

Becoming a Host on SpaceCloud is simple with the following process:

Please enter the default hourly rate for the space you wish to share.

Set the base price according to the average hire rate for your space. When a customer makes a booking, the price will be calculated based on the base rate.

Provide detailed information about your space.

Be clear and informative for users who may not have visited your space before. Let them know how your space can be used, any important details, and your house.

SpaceCloud team will assist with the booking and approval process.

We will notify the host via email when a booking comes through. After reviewing the details, you can approve or decline the booking.

Host payouts are always processed securely and on time.

We verify proper space usage for 7 days before confirming the purchase. After space usage is completed, SpaceCloud will issue an invoice to the host and process the payout, which may take 7 to 15 days.
